• Translate abstract briefs into clear visual concepts.
• Conceptualise storyboards, visual languages, motion systems, & creative direction.
• Make smart creative decisions fast — and defend them calmly.
• Maintain strong fundamentals: timing, weight, composition, clarity.
• Teach mid-level and junior designers through feedback.
• Set quality benchmarks for motion and design output.
• Help shape internal workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Act as a creative sounding board for the Creative Director and leadership team.
• Present in client calls when needed. (EN or DE) Present work clearly and confidently.
• Interpret feedback intelligently.
• Work closely with producers, strategists, and developers.
