About the role
- Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
- Monitoring the program processes
- Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems
- Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
- Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
- Ensure all program relevant manuals and procedures are updated regularly
- Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior
- User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
- Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners
- Participate in potential projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or relevant discipline
- Experience in Operations roles, ideally within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry
- Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
- High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
