Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts.
  • Provide life-cycle management, quality assurance, and customer communications.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting support and coordinate with field support organizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic Telecom knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Knowledge of ATT Products
  • Understanding of Networks Fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Network Design Level 1
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English (CEFR B2 and above).
  • Responsible for supporting WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts.
  • Should have knowledge of LAN protocols like STP, RSTP, DTP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP etc.
  • Should have knowledge of WAN protocols like EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
  • Intermediate English essential (will be evaluated).
