Technical Support Engineer – L1

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts.
- Provide life-cycle management, quality assurance, and customer communications.
- Perform technical troubleshooting support and coordinate with field support organizations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic Telecom knowledge
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- Knowledge of ATT Products
- Understanding of Networks Fundamentals
- Familiarity with Network Design Level 1
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (CEFR B2 and above).
- Responsible for supporting WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts.
- Should have knowledge of LAN protocols like STP, RSTP, DTP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP etc.
- Should have knowledge of WAN protocols like EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
- Intermediate English essential (will be evaluated).
