Solutions Engineer

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's technical capabilities and ongoing development initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) when required, providing insights and guidance on technical matters.
• Lead the end-to-end development of solution architectures that are both achievable by the company and usable by customers.
• Manage complex and competitive opportunities from the initial concept phase through to solution development.
• Assess opportunity requirements, ranging from capture estimates to final customer requests.
• Develop a technical vision for success that aligns with current and projected corporate capabilities.
• Identify potential teammates and partners to enhance solution development.
• Act as the single point of technical accountability for solutions throughout the capture process, ensuring alignment with customer needs and corporate goals.
• Build, manage, and lead cross-functional teams composed of subject matter experts, operational experts, and business development professionals.
• Collaborate closely with Capture and technical/operational leadership to shape compliant and competitive solutions.
• Support the proposal development process as needed, which includes authorship, participation in color team reviews, and overseeing final proposal production.
• Identify, propose, and lead IRAD initiatives that support corporate technical roadmaps and anticipated opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
