Lead SEO strategy and campaigns, combining technical SEO, content, and local strategies to expand organic reach and acquisition
Design, execute, and scale paid media campaigns (Google Ads, display, retargeting, social, and emerging Web3-native channels like Dune dashboards, crypto newsletters, and CT influencer activations)
Experiment relentlessly through A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversions, retention, and overall user growth
Partner with product and community teams to design growth loops that integrate user incentives, rewards, and gamified campaigns unique to Web3
Drive retention marketing initiatives—email, push, on-chain notifications, and community engagement—to reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value
Analyze campaign data with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Dune Analytics, and on-chain dashboards, translating insights into actionable growth strategies
Collaborate with the content team and AI tools to generate high-performing, SEO-optimized content that resonates with crypto-native and mainstream users alike
Manage and continuously optimize acquisition cost, ROI, and funnel performance across all growth channels
Keep Grvt at the cutting edge of Web3 marketing by testing new distribution platforms, influencer partnerships, and community-driven growth tactics
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media (Web3 or fintech experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record in SEM strategy and execution, paid acquisition, marketing automation, and retention marketing
Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition in a digital-first environment
Familiarity with on-chain metrics, wallets, tokens, and DeFi/DEX concepts (bonus if you’ve run campaigns for a Web3 project)
Excellent project management and execution skills—you can lead multiple campaigns in parallel and hit deadlines without losing precision
Creative problem-solver who can find unconventional growth levers in competitive markets
Preferred: Working in or with fintech or crypto-focused companies or agencies
Expertise in Google Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; crypto ad platforms experience is a plus
Knowledge of DeFi, crypto, or financial infrastructure is a plus
Experience running A/B tests or multivariate experiments to optimize campaign performance
