• Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and utilize the exchange.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities to encourage ongoing platform usage.
• Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators.
• Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain traders.
• Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or trading communities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships, including user acquisition and engagement metrics.
