Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, from small team sessions to large-scale internal expos and leadership events
Coordinate venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, event logistics, and operational planning
Manage event communications including invitations, registrations, attendee coordination, and follow-ups
Own and track event budgets while ensuring cost optimization through effective vendor negotiations
Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshoot real-time operational challenges
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, vendors, and support teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Prepare post-event reports, feedback analysis, and improvement recommendations for future events

Requirements

Proven experience in corporate event coordination and event execution at scale
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and hands-on approach
Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
Proficiency in handling event logistics and coordination independently
