About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate sprint planning and execution across Development, QA, Release, and Product
- Track sprint progress, dependencies, and risks; escalate blockers as needed
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, refinement, retros)
- Maintain sprint metrics and stakeholder visibility (dashboards/status updates)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery, ideally within a DevOps-oriented team
- Working knowledge of sprint metrics and reporting (e.g., velocity, burndown, capacity)
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional partners (Development, QA, Release, Product)
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and blockers with a clear escalation approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate groups and drive alignment
- Proficiency with Jira (or equivalent) for sprint tracking and reporting.
