About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, respond to, and follow up on security events
- Contribute to the protection of the organization's information assets
- Support the vulnerability management process and track remediation plans
- Assist in the operation and administration of information security solutions
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and area performance indicators
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Networks & Systems teams and vendors to implement security controls
- Participate in the continuous improvement of security controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Information Security, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and communication protocols
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environments
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, access management, and vulnerability management
- Analytical and investigative mindset
- Interest in continuous learning
