About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and approve the workflow for creation of investment orders
Validate investment requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and cost centers
Create investment orders in the SAP system
Monitor and analyze expenses recorded against investment orders
Analyze and post managerial reclassifications of expenses
Provide support to internal departments, resolving questions about investment order creation, expense classification, project-related financial processes, and expense reclassifications
Assist in preparing management reports
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Knowledge of CapEx/Opex concepts
Experience with SAP ERP
Basic accounting knowledge of reclassifications and managerial postings
Power BI or other BI tools (a plus)
