About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct involvement in sourcing and analyzing tender notices by reviewing publications in the Robô LicitaSys and monitoring emails;
Requesting accreditation and submission of participation documents for administrative processes with partner manufacturers;
Direct contact with pharmaceutical manufacturers to negotiate accreditation for electronic and in-person auction (pregão) processes;
Knowledge and use of the DOL, Solution and Essenciz portals used by the laboratories.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields;
Experience in administrative support for bids/tenders;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of medicines, the CMED/ANVISA pricing table, and PREÇO CAP will be considered an advantage.
