About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement technological solutions to optimize commercial processes, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs;
Manage and prioritize requests and projects for the commercial area, overseeing development of Multiplatform solutions and preparing strategic reports to support decision-making;
Plan and lead the weekly GEMUD, promoting cross-functional alignment and ensuring efficient execution of initiatives;
Identify and evaluate new technologies that can boost commercial performance and integration across different sales and management platforms;
Define, together with the Key User, the priorities for commercial area requests, ensuring technology supports company growth and competitiveness;
Coordinate evolutionary activities and change requests, ensuring high-quality deliveries within established deadlines with a focus on end-user experience;
Manage and optimize the performance of the Multiplatform team, implementing best practices and ensuring the quality of developed solutions;
Remove impediments and ensure smooth deliveries in complex environments, guaranteeing high availability and scalability of systems;
Manage small projects end-to-end (Planning, Execution and Deployment), ensuring alignment with commercial and technological objectives;
Coordinate the evolution of systems, monitoring updates and continuous improvements to maintain efficiency and technological innovation in commercial processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Technology-related fields;
Postgraduate degree preferred;
Act as a facilitator for the team and be committed to delivering results;
Experience in people management and project management;
Knowledge of MS Project;
Experience with marketplaces, including system integration, sales management and process optimization related to e-commerce and online sales platforms;
Data analysis skills and experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to support strategic decision-making.
