About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for supporting the Zendesk platform as part of a dedicated, permanent squad providing technical and functional support for the environment.
  • Responsible for maintaining operational stability, implementing improvements, and addressing business requests to ensure the efficiency of customer service processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Technology or a related field.
  • Experience providing technical or functional support for customer service platforms (preferably Zendesk), including fixes, improvements, and configurations.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk Support (general administration): creation and maintenance of macros, triggers, automations, and views; configuration of ticket forms, custom fields, and business rules.
  • Experience with integrations via REST APIs, Webhooks, and tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar.
  • Knowledge of reporting and dashboards using Explore.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JSON, and automation logic/process automation.
  • Advantage: experience with omnichannel channels (chat, WhatsApp, email, voice).
