About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide customer service and consultation, support field sales consultants with order acquisition, resolve inquiries, respond to quotations, and handle sales-related matters;
  • Keep the client portfolio and documentation up to date with commercial details discussed during service and perform periodic follow-up with clients to strengthen relationships and generate new sales;
  • Work strategically in partnership with the commercial area (managers and external consultants) to sell short-dated medicines and damaged products to prevent items from expiring in stock;
  • Verify and process information related to orders for release based on information from portals and department documents;
  • Complete sales according to logistics and commercial policy, using the correct store/warehouse based on client type and product taxation to avoid negative margins;
  • Perform the *checklist* of orders to prevent returns;
  • Act as intermediary for requesting and updating clients’ financial documents for credit limit and/or payment term analysis with the sales administration department;
  • Other activities related to the role.
