About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data;
Develop analytical, predictive, and exploratory models;
Apply generative and analytical AI tools for automation, analysis, and decision support;
Build data-driven POCs and MVPs in partnership with business and technology teams;
Validate hypotheses, identify patterns, and generate strategic insights;
Prepare, clean, and organize data for advanced analyses;
Document models, analyses, and results clearly and concisely;
Collaborate with AI Labs, IT, and business areas;
Ensure responsible use of AI, complying with information security and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law);
Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics;
Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrations with legacy systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
Hands-on experience with Python (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn or similar);
Languages: Python, R, SQL and knowledge of Java/Scala;
Tools and frameworks: Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn;
Data modeling and processing: relational, dimensional, NoSQL and event-driven architectures;
DevOps and MLOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, model versioning;
Data governance and security: LGPD, GDPR, data lineage, data quality. Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions;
Exploratory data analysis (EDA);
Experience with AI tools, such as language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or similar), AutoML, or analytics acceleration tools;
Knowledge of: data modeling, metrics, KPIs and business indicators, data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar);
Ability to translate technical analyses into business language.
