About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, understanding the job scope, technical and behavioral requirements, and the area context;
  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms, social networks and other sourcing channels;
  • Screen resumes to identify candidates who meet the position requirements;
  • Contact candidates to present opportunities, confirm interest and schedule interviews;
  • Conduct individual and/or group interviews using competency-based assessment methodology;
  • Support and run group activities/dynamics, especially for high-volume recruitment processes;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring stage updates, candidate feedback and alignment with hiring managers;
  • Prepare briefings, interview reports/recommendations and records in the recruitment system;
  • Keep sourcing platforms and job tracking tools up to date, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal workflows;
  • Support active sourcing activities and build talent pools for recurring commercial positions;
  • Establish partnerships with institutions, schools, NGOs and other recruitment sources to expand candidate outreach;
  • Support the referral of approved candidates to pre-employment stages, such as medical exams, submission of documentation and clarification of questions;
  • Provide feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably with high-volume vacancies;
  • Experience with resume screening, candidate outreach and conducting interviews;
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviews;
  • Intermediate Office Suite skills, especially Excel;
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, with a sense of urgency and the ability to handle a high volume of tasks;
  • Collaborative, dynamic profile with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Considered a plus
  • Experience with commercial or customer service positions;
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as SLA, selection funnel and conversion rate;
