About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for updating communications on customer-facing visibility channels such as the electronic ordering system and websites;
Sending marketing email and WhatsApp blasts to customers;
Liaising with the agency regarding materials that need to be produced;
Meetings with industry partners to present and schedule initiatives;
Execution and management of activities aligned with industry partners;
Managing the campaign/action calendar;
Creating content for social media posts;
Other related activities;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator and Photoshop).
Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
