About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and provide functional support for the Jira platform (projects, workflows, permissions, screens and customizations);
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the platform, ensuring availability and alignment with business needs;
- Support users in the use of the tool by delivering training and promoting best practices;
- Implement continuous improvements to the tool, aligned with ITSM processes and project governance.
- **ITSM Process Implementation and Evolution**
- Support the development, implementation and evolution of ITSM processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes, Requests and Knowledge) - JSM module
- Support the development, implementation and evolution of processes for new demands and projects - JS module
- Assist in defining best practices for use and maintenance of Confluence;
- Configure and adapt Jira workflows to support defined processes;
- Ensure processes adhere to best practices (ITIL) and internal policies.
- **Continuous Improvement and Innovation in Governance**
- Drive continuous platform improvements in Jira by proposing and implementing enhancements to workflows, automations and usability;
- Explore and apply embedded AI features in Jira to optimize processes, prioritize tickets, automate tasks and increase productivity;
- Promote intelligent use of automations (rules, triggers, integrations) to reduce manual activities and improve data quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields;
- Previous experience with IT service management tools, particularly Jira (administration and/or advanced use);
- Experience or knowledge of ITSM processes (ITIL);
- Analytical profile with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement;
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with different areas;
- Organized and able to manage multiple demands.
- **Differentials / Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience implementing or supporting Jira Service Management;
- ITIL certification.
