Internal Sales Consultant I
GrupoSC Distribuidora de MedicamentosConsultant providing support and consultancy for clients in the healthcare sector. Responsible for managing client documentation and facilitating sales processes within the team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service and consultancy to clients; support field consultants in obtaining orders, resolve doubts, respond to quotations, and handle sales-related matters;
- Keep client portfolios and documentation up to date with commercial details discussed during service and perform periodic follow-ups to strengthen relationships and generate new sales;
- Work strategically in partnership with the commercial team (managers and external consultants) to sell short-dated medications and damaged products to prevent items from expiring in stock;
- Verify and process order-related information for release, based on portal information and departmental documents;
- Finalize sales following logistics and commercial policies to use the correct store according to customer type and product taxation, preventing sales from resulting in negative margins;
- Complete order checklists to avoid returns;
- Facilitate the request and updating of customers' financial documents for credit limit and/or payment term analysis with the sales administrative department;
- Other duties related to the role
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (completed);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector;
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management or related fields (in progress or completed).
