About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Propose and define software engineering approaches based on functional requirements to identify and validate bottlenecks or impediments in projects;
- Analyze, monitor, and, where possible, improve the performance of existing applications to increase process efficiency;
- Mitigate process inefficiencies;
- Develop new applications according to the defined scope to meet user needs;
- Monitor and address database performance to improve overall system efficiency;
- Maintain and monitor database structures to ensure system stability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis or a related field;
- Proven experience developing with Java and Angular; experience with JavaFX, Java Swing, ActiveMQ, Spark or Hadoop, Android Studio, and Docker is preferred;
- Knowledge of Node.js with TypeScript;
- Ability to develop and maintain RESTful APIs;
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB;
- Experience working with version control systems such as Git;
- Good understanding of information security concepts and best practices;
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code;
- Experience integrating systems and external services;
- Knowledge of authentication, integration, and application security patterns;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
