About the role

  • Continuously monitor medication quantities in stock, checking whether the products needed to fulfill customer orders are available or are being replenished;
  • Review medication orders that have not yet been released, identify causes of any delays, and prioritize orders that are most urgent for customers;
  • Liaise with the purchasing and transportation teams to ensure medication replenishment is carried out efficiently and within the established timelines;
  • Inform customers about prices and order status, and provide updates on stock availability and delivery timelines;
  • Identify and resolve issues that may affect supply, such as system failures, delivery delays, or product shortages;
  • Monitor orders and billing requests according to the schedule and email requests, ensuring processes are completed within the agreed deadlines and in accordance with contractual payment terms;
  • Track products with low or no consumption or nearing expiry at customer sites, ensuring they are used within their shelf life or returned appropriately;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in logistics planning is a plus;
  • Intermediate Excel;
