About the role

  • Support the development of internal procedures, and update and deliver training for operational and administrative teams.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials in a clear, instructional manner.
  • Assist in identifying training needs, contributing to team development plans.
  • Process, organize, and interpret data related to logistics operations.
  • Use intermediate-level Excel to build spreadsheets and monitoring reports.
  • Conduct analyses that support decision-making, presenting clear and actionable insights.
  • Know and monitor process routines such as receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
  • Map operational activities and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the standardization of procedures and logistics best practices.
  • Identify root causes of operational failures using structured analyses (5W2H, Ishikawa, PDCA, etc.).
  • Develop clear action plans with defined KPIs, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities.
  • Present results objectively to different audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in the role.
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Charts, logical functions).
  • PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
  • Knowledge of logistics routines and performance indicators (KPIs).
