About the role

  • Control the entire pre-invoicing process (credit limit control, client clearance (regulatory, licenses), inventory mapping, quotations, and verification of payment terms and discounts);
  • Execute order invoicing in accordance with sales negotiations using the Sisfat, Pedido Eletrônico (PE), and Macro systems;
  • Analyze billing, order returns, GNAT (Management of Unfulfilled Orders), and reasons for non-fulfillment after invoicing;
  • Register new clients, request delivery routes and schedules, send documents for release of regular (non-controlled) medications, request linking to the parent limit code, and release invoicing via PE;
  • Liaise with partner manufacturers, negotiate one-off and monthly discounts on OFL (offers), OLs (logistics operators), and promotional campaign products;
  • Prepare reports for clients, supervisors, and internal departments;

Requirements

  • Higher education (in progress or completed)
  • Previous experience managing commercial/sales teams
  • Experience in sales, customer service, people management, and monitoring targets
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
