• Lead, mentor and develop the team, ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Manage technical support for users and control software licenses.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, databases (DBMS) and management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Administer servers, information security policies and contingency plans.
• Monitor area performance, prepare reports and present results to management.
• Manage computer networks, access to resources and backup routines.
• Ensure physical and logical security of the IT infrastructure.
• Research and propose new technologies, promoting hardware and software upgrades.
