About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and authorize award (contemplation), transfer, and guarantee substitution processes;
  • Review work and identify potential errors, resolving more complex issues with supervisory oversight;
  • Prepare reports and monitor deadlines related to the delivery of documents and/or products to dealerships;
  • Perform process analyses in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, ensuring secure approvals and the satisfaction of dealerships and consortium members;
  • Monitor credit approvals, lien registrations (inclusões de gravame), and pending dealership processes;
  • Prepare credit payment release authorizations;
  • Supervise assistants' work to ensure credit releases are processed correctly, avoiding future issues for the administrator and consortium members;
  • Analyze departmental reports such as award (contemplation), transfer, daily billing authorizations (AFs), pending items, lien registrations, etc.;
  • Handle phone calls from consortium members, dealerships, and third-party service providers;
  • Respond to emails and CRM inquiries from consortium members and dealerships;
  • Perform other related duties as required;
  • Maintain active communication with the commercial team, providing updates on process changes;
  • Comply with norms and procedures, meeting the objectives and targets of the Quality Policy (ISO 9001) and the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001);
  • Participate in the awareness program and the Environmental Management System overall.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Knowledge of consórcio (consortium) operations.
  • Experience with the use of FGTS (Brazil's Severance Guarantee Fund) in consortium operations.
