About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support management of the contact database, ensuring data organization and cleansing.
- Segment leads for specific campaigns.
- Configure and monitor nurture flows and relationship stages in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Support daily operation of online stores, ensuring catalog updates.
- Add and review product listings (descriptions, prices, and images) on the Yamaha Náutica website.
- Monitor product visibility across digital channels.
- Assist with configuration and maintenance of tags (Google Tag Manager and others).
- Monitor and analyze traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
- Turn data into insights for continuous improvements to the site experience.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for daily follow-up with the digital marketing agency, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned.
- Organize and participate in alignment meetings with the agency, reviewing creatives, briefs, and media calendars.
- Assist in structuring, launching, and monitoring paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Monitor campaign results with a constant focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools (Co-pilot or others) to optimize workflows, generate quick insights for reports, and assist in automating repetitive tasks.
- Organize and consolidate sales and digital performance data.
- Assist in creating dashboards and periodic reports, ensuring data accuracy for the team's strategic decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Expected graduation: December 2027 or later.
- Tools and Technical Skills: Microsoft Office: Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and PowerPoint for presentation creation.
- Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Analytics: Practical or theoretical knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- CRM/Automation: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamicas) and marketing automation logic.
- E-commerce/Marketplace: Basic knowledge of managing online sales platforms (e.g., Loja Integrada or marketplace portals).
- Differentials: Certifications: Google Ads Search, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), or inbound marketing courses (HubSpot/RD Station).
- Project Management: Familiarity with organizational tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday, or Notion).
- Data: Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau).
