About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute end-to-end corporate process mapping, review, and standardization with a focus on risks and controls.
  • Conduct assessments of operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance risks, proposing mitigation strategies and improvements to internal controls.
  • Perform risk analyses based on frameworks such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure governance of risk and control matrices and action plans.
  • Support the planning and delivery of training and communications on Risk Management.
  • Contribute to the technical development of junior and mid-level analysts in the area.
  • Support the operation of:
  • o Risk and compliance committees
  • o Escalation of critical risks
  • o Structured reporting to senior management
  • Participate in incident and crisis response workflows, ensuring:
  • o Correct classification of risk level
  • o Governance of the response
  • o Appropriate communication
  • Operate and structure data in GRC tools (e.g., SAP GRC, Be Compliance, and AuditBoard).
  • Create dashboards and executive views using analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, among others).
  • Prepare GRC reports for senior management, presenting status, identified risks, and actions implemented.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in GRC, with a focus on the industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
  • Certification in ISO 31000 or COSO ERM.
  • Advanced knowledge of the ACL tool.
  • Experience structuring data in SAP GRC or in risk management platforms.
  • Advanced English.
