About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Submit orders for invoicing for regional dealerships.
Ensure balanced allocation of billing based on pre-established quotas.
Provide support to the regional dealership network.
Support the field team and monitor travel itineraries.
Liaise with internal departments, providing information to coordinators and consultants to improve the performance of field activities.
Verify the process for releasing cooperative funds.
Prepare and organize motorcycle sales communications directed to dealerships, keeping dealership addresses up to date.
Send orders for financial review.
Produce daily monitoring reports.
Compile reports of representatives' visits.
Comply with policies and procedures, meeting objectives and targets of the Quality Policy (ISO 9001) and the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
Participate in the awareness program and the Environmental Management System in general.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Desired experience: internship or experience in administrative/commercial activities preferred.
Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Interest in KPI analysis and market intelligence.
Comfortable working with systems and reports.
