About the role
- Prospecting new business.
- Managing the entire commercial process: lead acquisition, negotiation, closing, and advisory support for the client portfolio.
- Fostering opportunities within the client base by identifying resale and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience gained at banks or credit institutions, demonstrated in sales of corporate credit (PJ), employee benefits, financial products, and HR solutions, with a focus on large corporate accounts (companies with annual revenue above BRL 100 million).
- Possess an active and relevant corporate (PJ) client portfolio within the company's market segment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Must have own vehicle and be available for travel.
- Accounting knowledge and experience in consultative sales.
- Must reside in Ribeirão Preto or surrounding areas.
