About the role
- Ensure full compliance with labor, social security and union legislation, ensuring all processes are aligned with the CLT, collective agreements and applicable regulations.
- Process, reconcile and validate payroll, contributions and statutory filings (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF), ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal deadlines and risk mitigation.
- Manage hires, terminations, vacations, leaves of absence, benefits, time tracking and hours bank, ensuring technical consistency and legal security.
- Act as an internal reference for labor-union relations, monitoring collective bargaining base dates, applying adjustments and assessing the financial impacts of agreements and collective conventions.
- Monitor and analyze labor and people metrics (absenteeism, overtime, turnover, leaves and payroll costs), identifying patterns, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare management reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making, connecting people data to the company’s financial and operational impact.
- Structure, review and standardize HR processes, policies and internal controls, ensuring operational efficiency and reduction of labor liabilities.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections and potential labor claims, acting proactively in risk management.
- Collaborate with other HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Performance Evaluation, Employee Engagement/Climate, Job Evaluation and Compensation), contributing to an integrated and strategic HR.
- Support the creation, review and formalization of internal HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legislation, company strategy and market best practices, providing clarity, applicability and mitigation of labor risks.
- Advise leaders on interpretation of labor matters and people-management decisions, ensuring legal, organizational and financial alignment.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR area by proposing continuous improvements, automations and intelligent use of data.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Personnel/Payroll administration and labor legislation (CLT, contributions and statutory filings).
- Demonstrated experience processing and validating payroll, eSocial, FGTS, INSS and IRRF.
- Experience with hires, terminations, vacations, leaves of absence, benefits, timekeeping and hours bank.
- Experience with labor-union relations and application of collective agreements.
- Experience supporting labor audits, inspections or prevention of liabilities.
- Experience analyzing labor metrics and payroll costs.
- Experience structuring or reviewing HR processes and internal policies.
- Ability to support leaders in decisions related to labor law and people management.
