About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly on labor and union relations processes, supporting the conduct of collective bargaining with representative entities
  • Analyze and interpret Collective Labor Conventions (CCTs), Collective Agreements (ACTs) and other regulatory instruments
  • Monitor terms, renewals and compliance with collective clauses across all company units
  • Conduct financial and operational impact studies related to collective bargaining
  • Prepare legal opinions and technical guidance for internal areas on labor legislation and union matters
  • Attend assemblies, meetings and negotiations with labor and employer unions when required
  • Monitor changes in labor legislation, case law and trends in union relations
  • Identify labor risks and propose preventive actions to mitigate contingencies
  • Support the development of strategies for collective bargaining aligned with business needs
  • Develop executive presentations, management reports, KPIs and area controls
  • Deliver training and disseminate knowledge on labor and union topics to managers and teams
  • Manage the control, registration and filing of collective instruments applicable to the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree in Law
  • Solid experience in Labor and Union Relations
  • Experience with collective bargaining and interpretation of regulatory instruments
  • Deep knowledge of labor and union legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Postgraduate degree in Labor Law, Labor Relations or related fields (preferred)
  • Experience in medium or large companies with multiple union bases (preferred)
  • Knowledge of labor relations KPIs and labor risk management (preferred)
  • Intermediate Spanish and English (preferred)
