About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and provide information that supports decision-making for short- and medium-term demand planning;
  • Prepare analyses of unconstrained demand within the S&OE and S&OP horizon using SAP IBP (Demand), ensuring system updates, data quality and compliance with the process calendar in an integrated manner across functions;
  • Lead and support demand consensus meetings (short and/or medium term), including preparation of materials, analysis of metrics, facilitation of discussions and follow-up on the execution of agreed actions;
  • Prepare and deliver demand reports, supporting internal teams with relevant information for analysis and decision-making;
  • Monitor and report key indicators (wMAPE, MAPE and Bias), actively participating in sales/revenue tracking meetings and contributing to action plans for continuous improvement;
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automations to drive productivity and efficiency gains;
  • Lead commercial projects focused on process improvement, performance and sales team productivity;
  • Develop, monitor and analyze commercial KPIs, ensuring visibility and support for decision-making;
  • Produce short-term demand forecasts to support commercial planning and scenario anticipation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related fields
  • Previous experience in commercial projects, sales intelligence or commercial performance areas
  • Experience building and tracking sales KPIs and performance indicators
  • Experience with short-term demand forecasting (sales forecasting)
  • Advanced Excel skills (including modeling and data analysis)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
  • Experience with commercial tools such as CRM and/or sales management systems
  • Analytical ability and skill to convert data into actionable insights
