About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Connect the product portfolio vision and management to market needs, focusing on positioning and go-to-market (GTM) launch strategy to drive revenue growth;
Monitor product lifecycle from launch through discontinuation, ensuring an optimized and profitable portfolio;
Lead market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions for the product line;
Identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing products, aligned with customer needs and market trends;
Collaborate with R&D and Innovation in the development of new products;
Ensure proper sizing of Marketing demand within S&OP and develop action plans that deliver the annual objectives for the categories;
Support strategic direction and priorities for the Trade Marketing area, ensuring sell-in and sell-out action calendars aligned with business needs and performance diagnostics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in market analysis, product marketing, or product engineering.
Intermediate English.
Advanced Excel; intermediate Power BI.
Prior experience in the construction/building materials sector is desirable.
