About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support to Procurement and Physical Receiving teams, advising on tax documents and intake procedures to reduce return and rejection rates;
Execute posting/recording procedures for tax documents from Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Peru via the ERP to ensure tax compliance;
Guide less-experienced colleagues on fiscal receiving procedures by analyzing incoming scenarios, ensuring compliance across Latin American operations;
Prepare and monitor KPIs through monthly reports to support analysis of team performance;
Develop and validate departmental workflows and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
Experience supporting countries in Latin America;
Knowledge of tax regulations in Latin American countries;
Experience as a tax/receiving Key User;
Knowledge of SAP;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Advanced or fluent Spanish;
Experience with Power BI.
