Senior Sales Analyst
Grupo TigreResponsible for leading commercial projects focused on sales operations at Grupo Tigre. Implementing improvements for productivity and performance within the sales team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead commercial projects aimed at improving processes, productivity, and sales team performance
- Develop, monitor, and analyze sales KPIs, ensuring visibility and supporting decision-making
- Perform short-term demand forecasts to support commercial planning and scenario anticipation
- Standardize commercial processes and disseminate best practices across sales teams
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, proposing solutions to increase efficiency and conversion rates
- Manage and enhance tools used by the commercial team (CRM, dashboards, reports, and automations)
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations and commercial performance review forums
- Promote cross-functional integration (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment of initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- Previous experience in commercial projects, sales intelligence, or commercial performance areas
- Experience building and tracking sales KPIs and performance indicators
- Experience with short-term demand forecasting (sales forecasting)
- Advanced Excel skills (including modeling and data analysis)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
- Experience with commercial tools such as CRM and/or sales management systems
- Analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience with statistical models applied to demand forecasting (preferred)
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or agile methodologies) (preferred)
- Knowledge of Power Query or report automation (preferred)
- Experience implementing or managing CRM tools (preferred)
- Experience in commercial projections and sales planning (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP or other integrated management systems (preferred)
