About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Calibration of conversion/processing costs.
Consistency analyses of manufacturing costs.
Analysis and monitoring of product cost evolution at the plant.
Reporting of plant financial results and opportunities.
Data gathering and monitoring of physical inventory.
Analyses and meetings with plant managers and facilitators.
Support to plant managers in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Monitoring of financial KPIs and other plant-related routines.
Participate in the development of the WCM methodology (Cost Deployment pillar) and in monitoring the savings capture curve.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
Previous experience in controllership, FP&A, or managerial accounting.
Intermediate Excel.
Experience with SAP.
Ability to translate data into strategic insights.
