About the role

  • Monitor carrier service levels, including delivery times, incidents, damages, shortages and customer complaints.
  • Manage incidents in coordination with distribution centers (DCs), commercial teams, customers and drivers.
  • Support management of service contracts related to carriers (equipment rentals).
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and customer service standards.
  • Assist with the registration of routes, customers and delivery rules.
  • Monitor document compliance: legal, tax, safety and operational requirements.
  • Support audit processes and internal controls for the logistics operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Transport Engineering or related fields.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience in logistics operations and management of operational services.
  • Experience sourcing and managing suppliers of machinery and equipment.
  • Experience planning and monitoring field operations.
  • Experience managing contracts and controlling costs for logistics services.
  • Knowledge of operational KPIs and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience working with equipment such as forklifts, cranes or heavy machinery.
