About the role
- Act as a business partner to the Latin America and U.S. Business Units, serving as the point of reference for Internal Communications for People (HR), Operations, Marketing and other areas, supporting business decisions, projects and priorities.
- Lead communication projects in partnership with areas such as Operations, Safety, Sustainability, Legal, Compliance, IT and others, ensuring alignment with business priorities, company culture and strategic audiences.
- Propose communication solutions tailored to each internal client’s context, driving engagement, action and transformation.
- Manage and evolve Internal Communications channels and tools, overseeing vendors and analyzing data to produce reports and insights that support decision-making and improve message effectiveness.
- Oversee the Internal Communications editorial agenda, defining topics, key messages, narratives and priorities, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with strategy, culture and Tigre Group audiences.
- Plan, produce and review Internal Communications content, including copy, campaigns, institutional materials and newsletters/informational pieces, ensuring quality, audience-appropriate tone and coherence with brand positioning and identity.
- Support the execution of corporate internal events, ensuring coherence with strategy, audiences and communication objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or Design.
- Previous experience in Communications, within in-house teams or agencies, with exposure to global contexts.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset; creative and attuned to market trends, social media and new communication formats.
- Comfortable using technological tools and Artificial Intelligence solutions, applying innovation to enhance communication strategies and content.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- Experience working in an industrial environment.
- Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization.
