About the role

  • Ensure correct execution of IT supplier and contract payments, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms, approvals and received invoices.
  • Maintain up-to-date controls and databases for suppliers, contracts and IT payments.
  • Extract, analyze and consolidate data using spreadsheets, reports, charts and status reports.
  • Act as the IT Governance focal point for handling outstanding issues, approval flows, invoices and variable consumption.
  • Handle ServiceNow tickets, create purchase requisitions in Coupa and monitor the cycle through to final payment via SAP.
  • Document work instructions and ensure organized processes related to the IT payment cycle.
  • Provide IT management with visibility into payment indicators and propose continuous improvements to processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Law).
  • Experience using ServiceNow to handle and track requests.
  • Knowledge of Coupa for creating and managing purchase requisitions.
  • Understanding of IT services and their contracting models.
  • Knowledge of accounting rules and service invoice standards.
  • SAP MM module experience – creating Purchase Requisitions (PR), viewing Purchase Orders (PO), analyzing, tracking and approving purchases, supplier management and tracking purchasing documentation.
  • Ability to perform analyses, consolidate data and prepare reports (spreadsheets, charts, status reports, KPIs).
  • Experience interacting with suppliers, internal teams and managers for alignment, follow-ups and approval flows.
  • Knowledge of allocation processes, cost reclassification and financial controls for projects.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization.
  • Intermediate English or Spanish.
