About the role

  • Lead the corporate governance of the Transform Program, ensuring adherence to the WCM methodology and alignment across geographies.
  • Develop, update and ensure the application of corporate guidelines, manuals, maturity matrices, loss tree and cost deployment structure.
  • Monitor the maturity progression of the pillars and of the system as a whole, consolidating corporate indicators and reports.
  • Conduct internal audits and progress reviews at sites, supporting the technical development of local teams.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and benchmark cases, promoting standardization and organizational learning.
  • Act as the corporate link between Engineering, Controllership, HR, Planning and Plants, ensuring consistency of the model.
  • Support the Executive Management of Engineering and Operational Excellence in prioritizing and integrating productivity, cost and industrial performance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing or governing Operational Excellence systems based on WCM, including deployment of pillars, loss tree, cost deployment and maturity audits.
  • Strong background in structured industrial environments (manufacturing, maintenance, quality or logistics).
  • Analytical capability, structured reasoning and mastery of continuous improvement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Postgraduate/MBA in Business Management, Production Engineering or Continuous Improvement (desirable).
  • Intermediate English and Spanish.
