About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively prospect new B2B clients, identify opportunities, and expand the company’s commercial portfolio;
  • Schedule and conduct commercial meetings both in-person and online;
  • Present solutions and services in a consultative manner;
  • Manage the sales pipeline and record activities in the CRM;
  • Prepare commercial proposals aligned with client needs;
  • Lead commercial negotiations and follow the sales cycle;
  • Work to achieve commercial targets and area KPIs;
  • Develop relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in external B2B sales;
  • Commercial experience in the technology, telecommunications, or services sectors;
  • Hunter profile with experience in active prospecting and opening new business;
  • Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
  • The following are considered a plus:
  • Experience selling IT or Telecom services;
  • Experience with consultative sales for mid- and high-ticket deals.
