About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creation, planning, management, daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns across media channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Bing Ads, retargeting, and affiliate networks;
  • Analysis of performance KPIs (revenue, spend, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.);
  • Implementation, review and monitoring of ad activations;
  • Managing budget allocation across channels and campaigns according to business goals;
  • Preparation and updating of weekly and monthly reports, consolidation of results and tactical insights;
  • Planning and structuring campaigns based on the promotional calendar;
  • Analysis of audiences shared by the CRM team to optimize targeting;
  • Evaluation of creative performance with recommendations for improvements;
  • Support in executing and analyzing affiliate campaigns to diversify channels;
  • Liaison with partners and platforms to implement improvements and run tests;
  • Monitoring competitors' communications and ad auctions;
  • Conducting internal creative briefings and evaluating new media formats.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Paid Media;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads;
  • Reside in Rio de Janeiro or willingness to relocate to the city.
