About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop printed materials for FARM Rio Global stores, events, activations, trade shows and special projects.
  • Create and adapt graphic assets for international markets, ensuring consistency with the brand’s global guidelines.
  • Produce items such as catalogs, lookbooks, press kits, packaging, invitations, signage, displays, visual merchandising (VM) materials, and corporate/institutional materials.
  • Oversee print production processes, technical specifications, preflight and file finalization.
  • Ensure visual quality, finishing and brand fidelity across all printed deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, VM (visual merchandising), Retail and Global Communications teams.
  • Organize and maintain file libraries, templates and guidelines for printed materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts for campaigns and special projects.
  • Support the evolution of the brand’s graphic systems and their application across different formats and markets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Art Direction, or Advertising.
  • Experience working as a Designer, with prior involvement in graphic design and printed materials.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial work and print production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Technical knowledge of print processes, finishes, paper stocks and production specifications.
  • Excellent visual sensibility, aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with international teams and suppliers.
