About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an analytical arm reporting directly to the Technology Director.
  • Break down ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses, analysis streams, and an action plan.
  • Conduct robust quantitative and qualitative analyses: structure data, size opportunities, model scenarios, and present conclusions.
  • Deliver complete staff work: follow reasoning through to the end and present ready-to-decision recommendations.
  • Use AI tools as a central analytical leverage — accelerating research, data processing, and solution prototyping.
  • Translate analyses into executive communication: well-structured documents and presentations aimed at the CEO and board.
  • Participate in the implementation of recommendations where applicable.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Strong quantitative reasoning and comfort with data (SQL and/or Python are valuable differentials).
  • Clear executive communication skills — written and verbal — with directors and C-level executives.
  • Fluency or a genuine willingness to use AI tools as a central part of analytical work.
  • Autonomy, ownership mindset, and maturity to work across different business areas of the group.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).
