About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for recording invoices for payment and monitoring that suppliers receive payments within the correct deadlines;
Distributing communication materials to partner teams;
Producing artwork, in-house videos, and internal presentations for the department;
Managing and distributing the department's physical materials, such as promotional items, displays, signage, etc.;
Storing and managing deliveries for all brands according to the schedule established with Wholesale channel management;
Maintaining direct contact with suppliers, carriers, postal services, and other channel stakeholders;
Assisting with the production of internal corporate events (coffee breaks, lunches, monthly birthday celebrations, etc.);
Supporting executive production for Wholesale corporate events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Degree in Marketing
Technical skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA. Knowledge of AI is a plus.
