About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for recording invoices for payment and monitoring that suppliers receive payments within the correct deadlines;
- Distributing communication materials to partner teams;
- Producing artwork, in-house videos, and internal presentations for the department;
- Managing and distributing the department's physical materials, such as promotional items, displays, signage, etc.;
- Storing and managing deliveries for all brands according to the schedule established with Wholesale channel management;
- Maintaining direct contact with suppliers, carriers, postal services, and other channel stakeholders;
- Assisting with the production of internal corporate events (coffee breaks, lunches, monthly birthday celebrations, etc.);
- Supporting executive production for Wholesale corporate events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Degree in Marketing
- Technical skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA. Knowledge of AI is a plus.
