E-commerce Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute promotions and commercial mechanics on the e-commerce platform
- Configure and update takeovers, banners, and homepage highlights
- Support omnichannel operations: align physical and digital channels
- Manage and execute the digital commercial calendar
- Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure correct deployment
- Assist in preparing performance reports and tracking results
- Organize team processes, checklists, and operational workflows
- Perform general site maintenance in coordination with the e-commerce team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferably undergraduate students in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and monitoring processes and KPIs
- Basic data-analytic reasoning and understanding of digital performance metrics
- Action-oriented profile, deadline-driven, with attention to operational details
- Interest in retail, commercial operations, or omnichannel
- Plus: previous e-commerce experience through personal or academic projects and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
