Key responsibilities & impact

Develop dashboards and tools for the Digital team, focusing on monitoring performance KPIs and the customer journey;
Conduct analyses to identify business levers and causal effects across different areas;
Update and maintain the department's databases, including incorporating new variables in a standardized and scalable manner;
Create tools and automate routines to improve efficiency and autonomy;
Produce and update executive presentations, emphasizing clarity and the impact of the data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced Excel (including formulas and pivot tables)
Basic knowledge of Power BI
Basic programming skills (essential) and SQL (a plus)
Strong analytical reasoning
Good problem-solving skills across varied issues
Effective communication to structure and present analyses for different audiences
Autonomy to propose and execute technical solutions with business impact
Organized and detail-oriented when working with high volumes of data
