Branding and Community Specialist
Grupo SOMACommunity and Branding Specialist leading strategic marketing and community initiatives at FARM across Brazil and LATAM. Responsible for brand personification and cross-team collaboration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the conceptualization, creation and execution of Community strategies across Brazil, LATAM and other regions.
- Develop and lead the creation of guides and strategic tools for brand personification, including the FARM Brazil Personas Guide, community guides and narrative guidelines applicable to Communications, Product and Community teams.
- Ensure strategic outcomes for influencer marketing by leading paid content productions, special seedings, casting curation and initiatives with KOLs, connecting community, influence and business objectives.
- Manage community-driven content to ensure brand personification across digital channels, with a strategic role in content curation, communications planning and shaping the @adorofarm feed.
- Lead the management of event guest lists, travel and special activations, validating outreach, dressing and relationship strategies, tracking RSVPs and ensuring experiences aligned with the brand narrative.
- Manage the Community team for Brazil, LATAM and other regions, ensuring alignment rituals and fostering individual and collective development.
- Plan, manage and monitor the Community budget (Brazil, LATAM and other regions), ensuring strategic resource allocation, investment optimization and alignment with brand priorities.
- Deliver strategic presentations, analyses and consolidation of results for the Community core and special projects, coordinating the creation of reports and one-pagers with key metrics, learnings and insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior professional with proven experience in influencer marketing and community management.
- Experience leading strategic brand projects, positioning campaigns and initiatives with creators and KOLs.
- Experience managing teams, processes and budgets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Communications, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Strategic vision, cultural background and sensitivity for brand personification.
- Analytical ability to interpret data, performance and community behavior.
- English and/or Spanish is a plus.
