About the role
- Ensure visual consistency and aesthetic quality across all materials produced for the brand.
- Develop and adapt graphic assets for different communication channels, following creative and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, retail, e-commerce, commercial and wholesale), handling communication requests with organization and agility.
- Ensure correct technical finalization of digital and print files, taking into account different formats and production specifications.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual language while remaining aligned with established creative guidelines.
- Organize files, workflows and produced materials, ensuring traceability and standardization.
- Create and adapt graphic assets for social media, e-commerce, digital media and campaigns.
- Develop communication materials and KVs (key visuals) for retail, wholesale and the brand's commercial channels.
- Produce layouts for print and offline materials (store materials, invitations, presentations, institutional materials, etc.).
- Adapt and roll out campaigns and key visuals across different formats and platforms.
- Prepare and finalize files for print and digital production, ensuring technical quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team on the visual development of campaigns and special projects.
- Support in organizing files and maintaining the brand's visual guidelines.
- Monitor design, communication and fashion trends, contributing references and creative repertoire.
Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design, preferably with fashion brands, retail or communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience creating assets for digital channels and printed materials.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple simultaneous requests.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Interest in visual culture, fashion and consumer behavior.
- Illustration skills — a plus.
- Knowledge of motion design or video tools (After Effects or similar) — a plus.
- Familiarity with project management platforms (Trello, Asana or similar) — a plus.
