About the role

  • Ensure the department's routine operations: report review and collections from multi-brand clients.
  • Ensure the department's routine communications (emails, phone and WhatsApp).
  • Provide support to the commercial/sales team.
  • Manage and authorize negotiations with delinquent clients.
  • Support department leadership.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program (preferred).
  • Experience in collections (desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of finance (required).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (required).
  • Analytical ability.
